Creating an Education Without Boundaries

Towards the end of each year, the leadership team, along with Governors, staff and feedback from parents and children, come together to review the priorities of the year and assess the impact against our targets. We use this information along with end of year data and other influencing factors to write the new plan, making sure we 'secure the best practice and achieve the best outcomes' for our community. 

The plan is created as a Federation, then the targets are developed at school level to ensure they are specific to each school.
